Water Rights: The First Question, Not the Last

On the Peninsula, water is never something you assume will be available. Every rural property needs to be checked for water rights, well access, or watershed regulations before moving forward.

I’ve seen buyers devastated when they learned too late that drilling wasn’t possible or that they’d need to comply with strict metering rules. Those are preventable mistakes.

Living and working here means I know the areas most likely to face restrictions and the right people to call for answers. Getting ahead of water issues can save you time, money, and disappointment.
